In this article, I’d like to share seven ways you can cultivate self-compassion and kindness toward yourself and help you overcome financial hardship.

1. Create a Practical Budget and Financial Plan:

Paying attention to how much money is coming in and what's going out aligns you with the energy of money by reinforcing into the subconscious mind that one, you are not afraid of money, and two, you can manage the money you have, and you are ready for larger sums of money to come into your experience. Remember, the subconscious mind, i.e., God, the Universe, Source, etc., will only give you what you can handle. Begin by creating a budget that outlines your income and expenses. This practical step can help you gain clarity on your financial situation and reduce anxiety. Set realistic financial goals and develop a plan to achieve them. By taking practical action, you demonstrate self-compassion by proactively addressing your financial challenges.
